When to Take a Chance

There is a popular saying “What doesn’t kill you will make you stronger.” Many people interpret this to mean that if you keep working on something you will accomplish your goals. That is not wrong but if you keep doing the same old thing you will never really achieve success. In order for you to achieve success, you need to take a few risks and have some fun along the way. You need to have fun with your goals, be risks-taking and making mistakes. To achieve your goals, you must know what you are doing.

If you are running a business, you need to enjoy risk. If you are stuck in a job, you need to enjoy the risk aspect. What is the point of going to college if you are never going to achieve your goals. You are just wasting money. I know many people who are college dropouts who have made hundreds of millions in the stock market. They know what they are doing. If you want to achieve your goals and make money you need to take some risks.

When you are a small time drug dealer or something, you need to enjoy the risk aspect. A small time drug dealer needs to put lots of money into the deal. When you make millions in the stock market, you don’t need to put that kind of money into your trade. You need to take some money out and make money off that situation.

If you have a lot of money, if you have a lot of possessions and expenses, if you have a lot of responsibility, you need to loosen up and do things differently. When you loosen up and do things differently, you loose the responsibility aspect of the goal, you loose the security aspect of the goal and you have some fun with the goal. When you achieve the goal, you are going to look back at that goal as the fun time that you had.

It all boils down to who has the authority to decide what to do. If you are afraid of doing something, you will never achieve your goals. You will never look back fondly on that goal. And, you will never look back fondly on that goal as the fun time that you had. You need to have fun with your goals.
